Every individual is unique, and their path to well-being should mirror this uniqueness. Start by exploring your personal needs and aspirations with Sabrina Polakoff, S.N.H.S. H.I. Dip. In the initial 60-minute consultation, you will engage actively in understanding your health goals and collaboratively design your personalized BEING Philosophy program. This approach then progresses through an 8-week program, each week focusing on different BEING elements, specifically tailored to your needs. In the subsequent 7 follow-up consultations, each 30 minutes long, you will be introduce to new BEING elements. These sessions play a crucial role in keeping you on track and addressing any necessary concerns or adjustments.

For your convenience, you can choose to conduct consultations either in person in Antwerp or virtually via Zoom.
