MY WELL-BEING TEAM
My Well-Being Team supports people who sense that their everyday environment, lifestyle, and long-term habits may be influencing how they feel, even when they’ve already tried to take good care of themselves.
Our work looks beyond symptoms, focusing instead on how surroundings, nutrition, and daily life shape your energy, balance, and well-being over time.
MEET SABRINA POLAKOFF
A Mother's Journey to Holistic Healing
My interest in environmental and lifestyle health didn’t begin in theory. It began in real life.
When my daughter was unwell, I did what most parents do. I searched for answers, followed medical advice, and tried everything that was recommended. While parts of her care helped, it gradually became clear that something important was missing from the conversation.
We were focusing on symptoms, but far less on the environment she was growing and living in and on the role nutrition played in supporting her body’s ability to cope, recover, and regain balance.
I began to look more closely at the influences surrounding her every day:
– The materials and products she was exposed to.
– The quality of the food she ate.
– The cumulative effect of everyday choices and surroundings.
Nutrition became a pivotal part of supporting her recovery, not as a rigid set of rules, but as a way of reducing strain on the body and giving it what it needed to regain balance. At the same time, I started to see how deeply environment and daily life shape well-being in ways that often go unnoticed. That experience fundamentally changed the way I look at health.
Many of the people I work with recognise parts of themselves in that experience, the feeling that something deeper is influencing how the body responds, even when tests are normal and advice has been followed.
That recognition is often where meaningful change begins.
It led me to study naturopathy with a focus on nutrition, aromatherapy, and herbalism, and later integrative environmental health. I wanted to understand how surroundings, lifestyle, and nourishment interact over time and how small, realistic adjustments can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
My work today is shaped by that perspective.
To deepen this understanding, I pursued formal training in both lifestyle and environmental health.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
A different approach to supporting your well-being
Over the years, I’ve worked with many people who recognise a familiar pattern.
- They’ve tried hard to take care of themselves.
- They’ve followed advice.
- They’ve made changes, sometimes many times.
Yet something still doesn’t feel fully resolved.
What I’ve learned is that lasting change often doesn’t come from doing more, but from understanding what your body has been responding to all along, particularly in its environment, nutrition, and daily life.
This perspective now shapes everything we do at My Well-Being Team.
ENVIRONMENTAL
HEALTH
We consider how everyday surroundings influence the body continuously, not only during moments of stress or illness.
LIFESTYLE &
NUTRITION
Well-being is shaped in daily life through nourishment, routines, rest, movement, and the rhythm of everyday living.
WHOLE BODY PERSPECTIVE
The body adapts as a whole. Energy, sleep, mood, digestion, and resilience are interconnected and influenced by both lifestyle and environment.
SUSTAINABLE
CHANGE
Meaningful shifts are realistic, gentle, and integrated into real life, not driven by perfection or pressure.
HOW I WORK WITH YOU?
Working together is not about fixing or optimising, it’s about slowing down, understanding what your body has been responding to, and creating space for things to feel lighter over time.
People often describe our work as calm, clarifying, and supportive, a space where things finally start to make sense without pressure or judgment.
I work one-to-one with people who sense that something deeper may still be influencing how they feel, even after having tried many conventional approaches.
Our work together is exploratory, supportive, and grounded in your real life.
We look at environmental, nutritional, and lifestyle factors at a pace that feels manageable, always with the aim of reducing strain and supporting the body’s natural capacity over time.
The focus is on understanding and creating conditions that allow balance to return, gently and sustainably.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out.
